About the Aizer Group

Founded in 2006, Aizer Group has evolved from an insurance repair business to a complete integrated building services company with over 100 full-time employees.  

With offices in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sydney, Rockhampton and a support team in Fiji, Aizer now provides building services to the entire east coast of Australia with extensive experience working across a number of sectors including aged care, education, residential, commercial, retail and hospitality.

With a vision to be the preferred Builder and Building Services provider within the sectors in which we operate, Aizer remains committed to its founding principles of: 

Customer Service 

Every part of the customer experience is considered and reviewed regularly to identify how we can strive to exceed our clients expectations.   From a dedicated 24/7 service line for our insurance customers and our property service clients to proactive project management solutions, Aizer’s people, processes and systems are aligned with the goal of delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Since Aizer’s inception in August 2006 we have taken part in helping rebuild Australian homes after the devastating Cyclone Larry, Mackay Floods, The Gap Storm, Cyclone Ului, Brisbane Floods, Tropical Cyclone Yasi, and Ex Cyclone Oswald. Expanding into commercial fit-outs and refurbishments, we have successfully delivered projects for some of Australia’s biggest brands including Metricon, Queensland Health, Transurban, AVEO, Suncorp and RACQ. 


Here at Aizer Group we are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, contractors, sub contractors, visitors and the general public who enter our workplaces. With an unwavering commitment to best practice, safety, health, quality, performance and successful operational outcomes, our integrated management system is compliant with Australian and International Standards. 

IT / Systems 

Innovation is part of what we do and with a commitment to meaningful efficiency, our dedicated IT team works with our operations team to continually improve systems and processes, and seek out better ways to deliver for our clients.  We have created proprietary software that enables us to adapt quickly to meet any requirement you or your customers may have. 


With our head office located on the beautiful Gold Coast and offices in Brisbane, Sydney and Rockhampton, we have built a strong network of suppliers giving us the confidence & capability to service almost all areas of Australia’s eastern seaboard.  We’re a proud Queensland company who aims to take a little bit of sunshine to all the areas in which we operate. 

Training and Development 

Professional development and industry specific training for the variety of skill sets we have across the business remain a key focus for the entire Aizer Group, and is one that we actively promote to acquire and retain high quality employees. As an integrated building services business, we also employ a team of apprentices and offer cadetships providing a rewarding opportunity for those looking to develop a career within the building industry. Aizer Group were awarded The Gold Coast Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence award. Winning first place in the trades and professional services category, Aizer were recognised for outstanding growth, development, systems and processes, along with supporting equality in employment. 

Aizer Group is committed to partnering with organisations that develop local talent and provide opportunity for youth entering the workforce. Australian Industry Trade College recently awarded Aizer Group with valued employer of the year, recognising successful placements of Trade College students in the building and construction industry through Aizer.  

Associations & Community

Aizer Executive Team are graduating members of the Queensland Leaders (Gold Coast) Executive Series. 

Aizer partners with the Animal Welfare League QLD (AWLQ) providing services to ensure facilities are maintained at a minimum cost. The AWLQ are also Aizers charity of choice.
