Aizer Group was formed as a result of the coming together of a number of companies in the building and construction industry. This merger has allowed us to create a very unique player in the industry that offers multiple specialist trades as well as a packaged one call, one quote offering for the facility and commercial property management industries
Each of our speciality areas operates in its own right with a dedicated team lead by an experienced & qualified manager, this insures that we maintain the focus and attention to detail required allowing us to be a success in each field. The most prominent of these trades includes:

To further leverage the individual services we offer we have developed sector specific divisions that combine the best of our services into a specific offering best suited to their requirements. As with our specific trades each of these sector specific divisions is run by a dedicated team under the guidance of an experienced manager. Currently these are made up of our Insurance Rectification, Facility Services, Preventative & Reactive Maintenance, and General Building.
Over the company's short history, we have endeavoured to constantly evolve our office administration, site supervision, client service and accounting systems in order to consistently produce a service which exceeds client and provider expectations. As a result, we have been able to increase client satisfaction and build strong, profitable relationship, creating a positive outcome for all parties.

Since Aizer’s inception in August 2006 we have taken part in helping rebuild Australian homes after the devastating Cyclone Larry, Mackay Floods, The Gap Storm, Cyclone Ului, Brisbane Floods, Tropical Cyclone Yasi, and Ex Cyclone Oswald. During this time we have grown into the company we are today with 20 Administration Staff, 7 Estimators, 8 Site Supervisors, 14 Trade Staff, and 4 Apprentices.
Here at Aizer Group we are committed to providing a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, contractors, sub contractors, visitors and the general public who enter our workplaces. To achieve this we implement the provisions of the Work Health and Safety Act and Work Health and Safety Regulations, Codes and Practice, and the Australian Standard AS/NZS 4801:2001.
IT / Systems
To pull all the aspects of our offering together we have created an internal IT division charged with constantly improving our overall efficiency, this has been done through the in house development of industry specific software and by constantly monitoring and improving the systems and processes we use. Having our own software allows us to quickly adapt to meet any requirement you or your customers may have
Based in SEQ and with offices in Central and North QLD we have built a strong network of suppliers and can provide daily service to almost all regions of Queensland & Northern New South Wales. Through our ongoing relationships we have provided various services throughout all states of Australia but we have always maintained a focus on QLD
Training and Development
In an ever-changing marketplace, training and development are essential to remaining up-to-date with clients' needs. Currently Aizer employs a team of apprentices both full time and school-based, and we encourage all employees to undertake relevant training courses where possible. This allows the company to make the most of a valuable team, boasting extensive experience in a wide range of backgrounds covering all areas of the building industry.
