We have been a long term supporter of the Australian Industry Trade College (AITC). We have employed 80+ apprentices since 2006 and continue to take on as many as 15 apprentices at any one time. Our commitment to fostering the careers of so many young people led us to be awarded Employer of the Year by the AITC.
We also seek to employ recent graduates for either business or construction cadetships with a background in the construction and estimating disciplines, giving them the opportunity to apply their learnings in a professional environment.
